Smoking Cessation

Smoking is a hard habit to break, you have to be committed and you have to really want to do it. Many people fail to give up smoking because they believe that they will be deprived without it, that they will put weight on, or that they have tried and failed too many times. The benefits of giving up smoking are obvious, but they do not make the transition between being a smoker to a non-smoker any easier. Hypnotherapy can make the journey much smoother. It can help you quit for good without bad moods and horrendous cravings, it empowers you to return to being the non-smoker you once were. We are only interested in helping those people that really do want to stop the habit for good, and those people that have a real commitment to improving their health and lifestyle.

Smoking cessation only requires one session, you can walk in a smoker and leave a non-smoker, if you are truly committed it is really that easy.

The session will normally take approximately an hour to an hour and a half. Why wouldn't you?
